TCRC Rose of the Month

September's rose of the month is Frankly Scarlet, a new introduction by Jackson & Perkins in 2007. It is a medium red floribunda with medium, glossy green foliage. The ARS hasn't even rated it yet but it seems to be popular among local rosarians. As with all floribundas, it requires winter protection in our Zone 4. Hav you tried it yet?
