Reine Des Violettes

Reine Des Violettes is a hybrid perpetual, introduced in 1860. Its mauve blooms are very full in rosette form and quite fragrant. It can grow up to 8 feet with long arching canes that are nearly thornless. It will bloom in flushes throughout the summer especially if deadheaded regularly. There is a tendency to blackspot in hot and humid weather and it is a rose that loves to be fed. What is your experience with Reine Des Violettes? Rate it in the poll below.
