Frontenac
Frontenac is a shrub rose, introduced in 1992 as part of the Canadian Explorer series. It has deep pink blooms with 20 to 25 petals. It is hardy up to Zone 3 so it makes an excellent shrub in our Zone 4 weather. The plant grows 3-4 feet, but given a good location, good soil and lots of sun it's been known to get larger. Frontenac is very disease resistant and reblooms throughout the summer. What is your experience with Frontenac?
