Topsy Turvy

May's rose of the month is Topsy Turvy, a red blend floribunda introduced in 2005. This perpetual bloomer has long white buds that pinwheel open to scarlet with hints of red and orange. It is a medium sized shrub with dark red new growth and glossy deep green foliage and requires some winter protection in our Zone 4. What is your experience with Topsy Turvy?
